Quilters Block

Similar to writers block... I have quilters block today. I have ideas about how I want to outline the deer in this quilt and use stippling in the borders but what to do about the center star? I'm contemplating ways of doing a secondary pattern in the star... time to get the tracing paper out to draw some ideas.
